It appears to the Court, based upon the records and files in the above-captioned
A A Petition for Judgment foreclosing liens of the Fairbanks North Star
Borough was duly filed on March 4, 2019, in accordance with the provisions of Section
8.20.040 of the Fairbanks North Star Borough Code of Ordinances, Section 5.102 of the
Code of Ordinances of the City of Fairbanks, and Section 7.2 of the Code of Ordinances
of the Gity of North Pole.
B. The Fairbanks North Star Borough received the following objections:

C. Proper affidavits of publication are on file herein showing that notice of the
foreclosure proceedings was given by four (4) weekly publications, commencing March
6, 2019 and ending March 27, 2019, in the Fairbanks Daily News-Miner, a newspaper of
general circulation in the Fairbanks North Star Borough.
D. A proper affidavit of mailing of notices is on file herein showing that
notices of the proceeding were mailed by certified mail on March 15, 2019, to the last
known owner of each property listed on the delinquent tax foreclosure list to the address
contained in the Fairbanks North Star Borough property tax roll.
E. More than thirty (30) days have elapsed since the last date of publication
of the 2019 Delinquent Property Tax Foreclosure List.
F. The taxes hereinafter described in the certified 2019 Delinquent Property
Tax Foreclosure List attached hereto as Exhibit "A," together with the amount of
interest, penalties and advertising and legal costs thereon, still remain due and unpaid.
G. There is no just reason to delay entering judgment as to all persons and
properties herein, and the Clerk is hereby directed to enter this Judgment.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED:
1. Pursuant to AS 29.45.380, the Fairbanks North Star Borough is hereby

2. This judgment is hereby ordered to be a several judgment against and a
'lien on all parcels of property described in the aforementioned Petition for Judgment.
3, The liens on the several parcels of real property described in the attached
Exhibit "A" shall be and the sa�e hereby are foreclosed.
4. This judgment shall bear interest at the rate of eight percent (8%) per
annum on the delinquent taxes but not on the penalties, interest, advertising and legal
costs, from the date of entry hereof.
5. The properties described in the attached Exhibit "A" against which this
Judgment and Decree is entered are hereby sold and transferred to the Fairbanks North
Star Borough for the respective amounts of taxes, penalties, interest, advertising and
legal costs for which the properties severally are liable.
6. Pursuant to AS 29.45.390(b), the Clerk of this Court shall deliver to the
Clerk of the Fairbanks North Star Borough a certified copy of this Judgment and
Decree.
7. The aforementioned certified copy of this Judgment and Decree shall
constitute a Certificate of Sale to the Fairbanks North Star Borough of the several
properties described herein, and no other certificate need be issued.
