Discussion Board Audit

Throughout the quarter, my discussion topics changed a bit. I think what changed the most were my replies to other posts. In the beginning of the quarter my replies were mostly I agree. They didn't include much new information or something that could prolong the discussion. In my later replies I was adding more useful information and expanding on other posts. Another thing I have noticed is that I started to spend more time on discussion replies. My replies got longer and better thought-out. I think I improved throughout the course. However, I don't think they are perfect already. I think that there is still room for improvement.

I enjoyed taking this class. Even though I was familiar with most of the topics we covered in this class, I still learned something new. SAM assignments were pretty easy and didn't take much time to complete. It only took me about one to two hours every Sunday to complete the training exercises and the exams. Discussion topics and replies took a little longer. It took me about an hour to finish each post and around 30 minutes to reply to one post. I think the grading was a little strict but fair. The feedback helped me improve my discussion topics and replies. The thing I liked about the class was that the assignments were always due on the same day of the week. What I didn't really like was the fact that each discussion comment was supposed to be submitted on different days. I think it would have been easier for me to do it at the same time. Other than this, there was nothing else that bothered me about this class.
