• Visual: Taking you eyes of the road.
• Cognitive: Taking your mind off driving

How to prevent ??
• Store items that will roll around in your car in a place that prevents them from moving.
• Do not use electronic devices while driving put them away.
• Finish all grooming before you leave the house
• Set your destination on your GPS before you leave.
