a highly motivated, hardworking and intelligent individual to fi ll the post of Accounting Offi cer/Administrative Assistant. GCSL is a local trustee and corporate services provider involved in the provision of international fi nancial services using Anguillian corporate and legal structures. It is headquartered in Hong Kong with 8 offi ces around the world including Anguilla.
The duties of the post include:
1. Preparation of monthly management accounts using accounting software in coordination with the Group Accounting Manager.
2. Issuing invoices and arranging payments to and from clients.3. Maintaining company fi les.4. Providing administrative support to the Managing Director.5. And executing all instructions given by the Managing Director
and head offi ce in Hong Kong.
Desired applicants should hold a fi rst degree in Accounting or Business Administration from a recognized university. Three (3) Customer Service Representatives
Duties and Responsibilities of Successful Applicants:
1. Ensure that customers have correct identifi cation.
2. Provide customer service to Bank’s customers including handling and posting transactions, accepting deposits, verifying funds, paying out withdrawals, cashing checks, accepting loan and credit card payments, purchasing of travelers checks, and selling foreign currencies – cash and instruments- at rates established by the Eastern Caribbean Central Bank.
3. Ensure bank forms are fi lled in correctly prior to processing customers’ requests.
4. Ensure that cash is properly assessed and counted prior to processing customer’s cash transactions.
5. Record all transactions in the computer system.
6. Handle customer inquiries of a routine nature.
7. Establish and control customer fi les for Declaration of Source of Funds.
8. Balance cash drawer, transaction tickets and daily banking records at the end of the business day.
9. File all banking documents effi ciently and accurately.
10. Perform other related duties as required by the job function.
Desired Academic Qualifi cations and Experience:
The incumbent should possess excellent typing and communication skills (both written and oral), be able to work individually and as part of a team, have the ability to maintain a high level of confi dentiality, be detailed oriented and computer literate.

coveted United States award for becoming the World Junior Body Building Champion.
He gained the Junior Musclemania World Bodybuilding title in the 2007 championships held in November in Los Angeles, California.
The records he holds include the following: the 2002
Leeward Islands and Virgin Islands Junior Bodybuilding Mr. Classic Championship; the 2002 and 2003 Mr. Anguilla Junior Champion of the Anguilla Bodybuilding Association; the 2003 Caribbean and Central America Junior Champion held in the Bahamas; the 2003 Light Weight Body Building Champion of the Eastern Caribbean which he won in Trinidad and Tobago; the number fi ve Junior Bodybuilder in the world in the
2003 championships held in the Czech Republic; the number two Junior Bodybuilder in the 2004 and 2005 championships held in the United Kingdom; the number three Junior Bodybuilder of the International Federation of Body Building, held in Hungary in 2005. He was the Light Weight Champion in the 2005 Excalibur Bodybuilding Championships in Los Angeles.
