The following terms and conditions, including the ReturnPolicy, are applicable to all Docap product lines.

PAYMENT TERMS

Subject to the provisions of CREDIT APPROVAL, terms are Net30 days upon issuance of invoice; past due thereafter andpayable in Canadian funds

FREIGHT POLICYF.O.B Docap locations

Freight will be prepaid on orders of $750.00 or more on netinvoice value, however, the following exceptions will apply:

Prepaid Freight will NOT apply to the following product:

• Warn Products• Bolt Bins• Drum quantity of Spray Nine Product

Prepaid requirements for Threaded Rod orders will be aminimum $2000.00

Prepaid requirements for Spray Nine orders will be aminimum of $1000.00

CANCELLATIONStandard orders for stocked items may be cancelled withoutcharge if communicated to Docap in time to stop theshipment.Special orders may NOT be cancelled.

BACKORDERSBackorders will be shipped twice a month, or with nextcustomer order, whichever comes rst, however theminimum invoice of the backorder must exceed Docap’sminimum invoice amount of $40.00.

Le produit doit être retourné à Docap dans les quatorze (14) jourssuivant l’émission du numéro de pré-autorisation. Tout produitretourné à Docap doit être accompagné du numéro de pré-autorisation, d’une copie de bon de livraison et/ou d’une copiede la facture originale, dans son emballage original incluant toutaccessoire, manuels, documentation et enregistrement inclus àl’origine. Le produit retourné ne doit pas avoir été installé oumodi é et doit être dans son emballage original, en condition derevente.

Les items commandés spécialement, assemblés sur mesure, nonlistés ou identi és comme discontinués sont non-retournables.

L’acheteur doit assumer l’expédition, port payé, vers la succursaleDocap. A n de sécuriser le retour, Docap recommande d’utiliserun transporteur qui o ff re le service de repérage et d’assurer lecolis ou de mentionner une valeur déclarée pour tout retour. Cecipermettra de compenser en cas de perte ou dommages en coursde transit. Si vous choisissez d’utiliser un transporteur n’o ff rantpas ces services, vous devrez assumer les pertes ou dommagesencourus durant l’expédition.

RETOURS AUTORISÉS

Les retours autorisés peuvent être sujets des frais de manutentionde vingt-cinq pourcent (25%). Les coûts dépassant vingt-cinqpourcent (25%) occasionnés par la remise en état des items serontdéduits du montant alloué au credit. Les frais d’expédition neseront pas remboursés.

All returns must be authorized by a Docap Customer ServiceRepresentative. Product may only be sent back after getting apre-authorized Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number. Foran RGA number please contact your nearest Docap branch

listed below.Docap will accept product, returned for Credit, once in acalendar year, to a maximum of 5% of previous year’s sales, perproduct line.

Product must be returned to Docap within 14 calendar daysof the issuance of the RGA. All products must be returnedwith Docap issued RGA number, packing slip/invoice andpacked in the original packaging including any accessories,manuals, documentation, and registration that shipped withthe product.

Returned product must not be installed or altered and mustbe in its original packaging, in saleable condition.Products that are special order, custom built, not listed oridenti ed as discontinued products are non-returnable. The Purchaser is responsible for shipping product, prepaid,back to our location. Docap recommends that you use acarrier that off ers shipment tracking for all returns and eitherinsure your package for safe return to Docap or declare the fullvalue of the shipment so that you are completely protected ifthe shipment is lost or damaged in transit.

AUTHORIZED RETURNSAuthorized returns may be subject to a 25% restockingcharge. Any costs in excess of 25% restocking charge incurred

in placing the goods in saleable condition will be charged tothe Purchaser by a corresponding deduction from the allowedcredit.Shipping charges will not be refunded.

UNAUTHORIZED RETURNSAny unauthorized returns will NOT be accepted and will besent to the Purchaser with shipping costs collect.

CLEARANCE SALESSales of items marked as “Clearance” or “Specials” are FINAL. There will be no returns or exchanges of those items.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTProduct considered defective for credit return must beauthorized by Docap. Docap in its discretion, along withits Vendors, will determine whether the returned defectiveproducts are in fact defective. All products that are deemednot defective, the Purchaser will be responsible for shippingcosts of the product back to them.
