KYOCERA Microsoft connector is a versatile business application created to simplify document scanning and sharing from a network connected Kyocera HyPAS-enabled MFP to an existing installation of Microsoft SharePoint, Exchange, and/or OneDrive for Business.

• The SharePoint feature allows users to access sites and document libraries on the SharePoint Server from a Kyocera MFP. Users can scan documents, enter index data and select file format conversion options on the touch screen. Users can also print documents on demand from their SharePoint document libraries.

• With the Exchange integration, users can transform important documents into digitized versions that can be emailed as attachments, and sent to any number of contacts from the global and personal address books on the Exchange server, directly through their Kyocera MFP.

• The OneDrive for Business feature allows users to upload and share their files utilizing their online cloud storage, as well as scan and print documents to folders shared with other users, from any Kyocera MFP.
