TERMS AND CONDITIONS

E- TICKET REDEMPTIONCustomer’s with E-tickets must bring the printed E-ticket along with the credit card used to make the purchase as proof of ID.

The Customer should present their E-ticket to a Doha Bus uniformed member of staff at the preferred boarding point. The member of the staff will exchange the E-ticket to a valid ticket. Doha Bus Company reserves the right to refuse any E-tickets presented without the credit card used to make purchase.

TICKET VALIDITYThe ticket entitles the customer to use all Doha Bus services

during operational hours for 24 hours commencing at the time Customer first boards the bus. (48 hours during some special promotional periods, please check website for further details)

When the ticket expires the Customer must either leave the tour at the next available opportunity or purchase another ticket.

Extensions will not be given. Tickets do not guarantee travel on a specific service or at a specific time.

LOST TICKETSThe Customer must keep their tickets safe. Customers found travelling without a valid ticket will be charged the full ticket

price for a replacement ticket.

REFUNDSIn the event that the company is unable to provide a service throughout the period of the validity of your ticket through

circumstances within its control, you shall be entitled to a full or part refund of the price of your ticket. No refunds will be given

for any other reason. Any application for a refund must be made in writing (tickets must be enclosed) to the Company’s

offices at Doha address.

ALCOHOLThe Consumption of alcohol is prohibited on the bus at all

times.

PRIVATE TOURSItineraries are correct at the time of publishing and may differ slightly to those featured in the brochure. Itineraries may vary

and/or attractions be substituted for any cause including seasonal conditions, weather, extremes, natural disasters, and Conservation Reserve Requirement. Once booking is made, cancellation fees will apply. If you fail to join a tour, join it

after departure, or leave it prior to its completion, no refund can be made.
