Life can be exciting and in this fast-paced world, it is tempting to want to do and achieve as much as possible. Whether for financial gain, respect, adulation or personal satisfaction, many of us push ourselves to extremes. What are the physiological consequences and what are the main ways to successfully balance many responsibilities?
