As you know, we include ceremony coordination with our packages,

but now you have the chance to include reception coordination at a reduce rate!

In addition to the ceremony, you can choose to have help with set up or reception

timeline, or both! These services are extremely valuable and are usually

priced between $1200 - $1800, but have been negotiated to just $500*.

Coordination Includes:

• Review schedule of events with all vendors one

week prior

• Set-up of ceremony programs, favors, place

cards, guest book, gift box, champagne flutes,

cake cutlery, cake stand and cake topper

• Usher guests into the ballroom at conclusion

of the cocktail reception

• Assist DJ with gathering and lining up your

bridal party for the grand entrance

• Making sure dinner service is on time,

assisting with formal dances and cake cutting
