What is Mobile Live?

Mobile Live© is an Android application, which can be used on any Android 2.2 device or greater! Mobile Live© offers real time updating directly to, or from, your technicians in the field.

How does pricing work and what will I need to purchase?

There is a one time activation fee per unit (see pricing sheet for actual fees and pricing) and a per unit monthly subscription fee for your Mobile Live© application. If you already have your own Android device(s) the hardware cost is $0!

What kind of data usage will we need to provide or should we expect?

If you plan to purchase an Android device or use one you already own, you will need to purchase a plan that will accommodate your business’ usage with Mobile Live©. According to our experience and calculations, for a technician who performs 25-30 stops per day on average, 150–250MB of data per month is sufficient.

Will Mobile Live begin the phasing out of Mobile Assistant?

No, the introduction of Mobile Live© will not influence the service or support of existing Mobile Assistant© units or users. While Mobile Live© offers new and exciting mobile innovation, it does not yet offer all the same functionality as Mobile Assistant©, therefore the two will still be both sold and supported separately.
