in their area.

5. Beneficiary chooses VR
11. MAXIMUS assigns ticket to VR and sends confirmation letter to VR HQ-TTW Unit
10.MAXIMUS receives and processes the 1365.
8. VR and
beneficiary develop and
sign IPE
6. VR confirms ticket status with MAXIMUS
9.Beneficiary and VR
complete/sign State VR Agency ticket assignment form
(SSA-1365) and forwards 1365 to MAXIMUS.
