Inappropriate Foreign Influence Developments (4.3) This session will include a discussion and update of federal agency disclosure requirements and enforcement actions stemming from alleged failures to disclose foreign affiliations or support in connection with federally funded research. Since 2017, the federal government has more closely scrutinized foreign affiliations and has implemented new disclosure requirements.
