between food and physical activity. The emphasis is on
what work s best for you – whether it’s cutting carbs,
eating more fruit/veg, upping or adding exercise into your
daily routine… you will have the chance to discuss diet
myths and gain k nowledge on what your body needs and
how it work s.
only by the instructor, but by other people with similar
needs as you, and we want you to have fun whilst mak ing
these lifestyle changes. You can track your progress
week by week by ‘weighing in’ and have an expert on
hand to ask any questions.
A little bit of education can help you mak e better food
and exercise choices, and our qualified staff will be
able to support you in whatever lifestyle changes you
