Goal Task Enters Context
If any individual is not “situated,” then he or she must gain the skills needed to become capable within the role and find his or her own personal meaning within the role.
People are “situated” within their roles if they believe themselves competent within the role and find meaning/value within the role.
Cancelling a goal task should be a rare exception because, if goals were created mutually by all members of a respective context, there should be few reasons a goal task cannot be completed.
