b. Next to each structure measure is a text field where you can enter the approximate date your hospital completed it (in MM/DD/YYYY format). While the date doesn't have to be exact, it does need to be a complete date.
c. When you are done entering approximate dates for the structure measures you have completed, click the ‘Save Responses’ button at the top or bottom of the screen. The structure measures with a completed date will now have a green check
mark next to them. The structure measures without a completed date will have a red/orange X
next to them. The count of how many structure measures you have successfully completed
will be updated.

a. The ‘Process Measure’ tab on your hospital will be where you can submit data for each quarter; for
now, it simply provides a link to the AIM Website, where the latest AIM Data measure specifications are available.
Note: The timeline for the submission of process measures needs to be as timely as possible as agreed upon by AIM National and State Leadership. For more information on your state-specific data submission timeline, contact your designated AIM State Lead Coordinator.
3. Outcome Measuresa. Hospitals will not be submitting outcome measure results to the AIM Data Center. Your State
Department of Health or Data Coordinating Body will be providing these aggregate counts to the AIM Data Center.
