Our Assessment solution provides organizations with a customized, robust and scalable solution to the problem of assessing future leaders
• Our Managerial Assessment Process is delivered virtually, thereby reducing the cost and operational burden of organizing logistics. The competency framework for the assessment is customizable to client requirement.
• Each participant completes a set of multiple exercise(s) –In-basket exercises, Role Play, Case Study Presentation or a Psychometric Instrument. The Exercises can be customized to client context.
• Exercises requiring interaction with Assessors are conducted over skype or over phone.
• A Lead assessor collates all the inputs to create a comprehensive report on each participant. The Lead assessor is also available for detailed de-briefing with the hiring team, if required.

Context Setting: Participant gets welcome e-mail with detailed steps to access andcomplete the assessment exercises. The mailis followed by a call from Think Talent supportteam.
Deployment of Online Exercises: Participants canaccess and complete the online exercises (In-basket,Case- based Exercise, Psychometric) anytime beforethe deadline by accessing them from their accountpanel
Interactive Exercises : Our support team coordinates with the participants to schedule time for exercises requiring interaction with assessor- Role plays, Presentations etc.
Tracking and Monitoring : Through online dashboard, the HR team can track the real -time status of the assessment and exercise-wise completion status for each participant.
