My 200 square meters property located at St.Nino Dacudao Tugbok Proper, Davao City wassold to Mr .Bernardo Ucat & Mrs. Mila Ucat at 800.00 pesos per square meters bearing thetotal of amount of ONE HUNDRED SIXTY THOUSAND PESOS ONLY (160,000.00) .In thisagreement said that the vendee are responsible the Land survey and the Land title transfer ofname expense.

I receive FIFTEEN THOUSAND PESOS ONLY (15,000.00) as partial payment .The remaining ONEHUNDRED FORTY FIVE THOUSAND PESOS ONLY (145,000.00) will be payable for two yearsmaturity date August 25, 2016 . If after two years you are not able to pay the balance I wellcharge 2.5% per month the remaining total balance.
