Looking back at this past year at True North we are amazedat what God has done and even more excited about what he is

going to do in 2013. We have seen a record number of decisions for Christ, baptisms, first-time givers, as well as a tremendous

increase in giving. Is it a time for celebration? Yes it is! However, it is also a time to prepare to move forward. We cannot be

satisfied with what God has done here at True North and in our lives as well. This is only the beginning; let’s not grow toocomfortable with things here, because they will change. Our

purpose and vision will always remain the same, “To reach those who are in need of the Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.” In this

coming year, let the Lord stretch you Beyond the Walls.

It is easy to get comfortable inside the walls of an exciting church. I believe God has placed in our hearts at True North a desire to go beyond that comfort zone and take our church

Beyond the Walls. Growth is never easy, but it is essential if we are to be all that God has called us to be. To be the church that

Christ is building will stretch us in every way; therefore, the real focus will always be on those who are not yet part of this church. It is to those Beyond the Walls we are called to reach.

I would urge you to prayerfully consider being part of thisselfless campaign to take the church, our church,

True North beyond its walls.

Paul writes this to the church at Corinth… “Since you excel in everything—in faith, in speech, in knowledge, in complete

earnestness and in the love we have kindled in you—see thatyou also excel in this grace of giving (2 Cor 8:7). Paul’s desire isto see the church excel in all areas, including generous giving.

Generosity displays a direct correlation between Christians laying down their personal desires and putting those Beyond the Walls above their own. When we give we reflect the nature of Jesus to

our world. Sowing into Beyond the Walls is a statement offaith that is undeniably the work of God through his sons and

daughters. Together, as one body, one church, under one vision,we can accomplish all that God has called us to. It is not only

possible, it is imperitive!

Our 2013 Beyond the Walls goal is to raise $250,000. We believe that raising these funds will put True North in a financial

position to own a main campus location, which is a key goal for this building campaign. We believe that securing a main hub will allow us to work out of strength and move ahead with ourvision. Joanne and I would like to challenge each of you to seek

God for wisdom and faith when pledging to give above your tithes to the Beyond the Walls Campaign. Again, thank you for your

2 0 / 2 0 V I S I O NTwenty-twenty is our seven-year vision for True North, and it is a

big one if you look at it in the natural. God has called his church to live in the supernatural, to believe him for big things, whichis what we are doing. We have mapped out our dreams andchartered a course for the next seven years. We know with

God’s provisions all things are possible. It is easy to sit back andcelebrate victories, but there are greater victories ahead and they

will require even greater resources on our part to make thathappen. In Philippians 3:13 it says this… “Forgetting what is

behind and straining towards what is ahead.”

PA S T S E V E N Y E A R SOver the last seven years we have seen God move in a spectacular

way! Lives transformed, families restored, marriages strength-ened, the addicted set free and leaders being equipped and

trained in all areas of the church. We have witnessed growth in attendance, tithes & offerings, serving in the house, salvations,

baptisms and the list goes on. God is Good! Our heart has always been to introduce people into a personal relationship with Jesus Christ and lead them to become fully devoted followers. I believe the last seven years have been a time of preparation for what God

has in store for us here at True North, the best is truly yet to come! The best way for us to celebrate the past is to actively pursue our

future, more lives being changed and more peopleliving withpurpose and meaning in life. When God is for us,

who can be against us?

N E X T S E V E N Y E A R SThe vision I have for True North Church is the one Jesus speaks about in Matthew 16:18, “I will put together my church, a church so expansive with energy that not even the gates of hell will be able to keep it out”. I see an expansive and energetic church that impacts every area of our lives as well as those we come in contact with. I

see True North leading the way in reaching those who are far from Christ, placing value on those who have none and giving light in a dark world. We see strategically placed campuses throughout this

regional area, a fully accredited Bible College tied into the local church, and a movement of people who understand Christ’s model of servant leadership. By being a part of Beyond the Walls you can

partner with us in moving one step closer to thisdream our 20/20 Vision.

S O L I D I F YAs our church grows, our primary goal is to solidify a main

campus location. This can be accomplished through theacquisition of property and/or an existing facility within the

immediate area of our current service location.

I D E N T I F YWithin the next seven years, our goal is to identify seven new

future locations in this regional area. Our desire is to extend the heart of what God is doing here throughout New Jersey and the

surrounding states.

While one of our goals is to identify seven future locations, our plan will unfold by first launching three core teams at three of the

seven locations. All of this in the next seven years.

As part of the unfolding vision at True North, we plan to initiate the process of establishing True North Bible College. Pursuing full accreditation, True North Bible College will serve as a key training

ground for the development of future leaders.
