Scenario 1- All Blessed Trinity students to St. Agnes St. Agnes is already over enrolled at a utilization of
131.6% with 4 portables on site Addition of BT students would result in enrolment at St.
Agnes to climb to over 200 % utilization.
St. Agnes would require a 10 classroom addition, equivalent portable classrooms or a replacement school subsequent to a cost benefit analysis.
Previous site evaluations have shown that construction would come at a significant cost premium.

current location of Blessed Trinity It is currently under-subscribed but the addition

Holy Redeemer would require a 2-4 classroom addition or equivalent portable classrooms to accommodate BT students.

St. Leonard is a closed facility with a Ministry rated capacity of 130
St. Leonard is located on a 5 acre site located in the Leslie and Finch area
Minor renovations/addition of 4 classrooms would be needed to accommodate entire BT population
Scenario 7 – Blessed Trinity students dispersed between OLO Guadalupe, St. Matthias and St. Gabriel Students located east and just west of the GO RAIL line would
be redirected to St. Matthias and OLO Guadalupe 33 % of students fall into this category split 16.5% to each
school Both schools would experience an increase in enrolment. St. Matthias would slightly exceed Ministry capacity. OLO Guadalupe would not exceed Ministry capacity. This family of schools would have a better balance of enrolment
versus capacity for the long term.
