TUESDAY Ongoing

9:30 – 10:30 a.m. Good Morning Yoga A variety of poses to create flexibility, strength, and improved balance. Classes vary depending on experience level of attendees. Starfish Studio, at Kingfisher Spa. $12.00 for 1-hour class, which includes use of pool, hot tub, sauna. 1:30 – 2:30 p.m. Yoga for Vision Improvement d’Esterre House, 1801 Beaufort Avenue, Comox. 9:30 – 10:30 a.m. Good Morning Yoga Ongoing at Kingfisher (as above on Tuesdays)

9:00 – 10:30 a.m. Hatha Yoga Mixed Level class (not for beginners) with some Sun Salutations; strength & flexibility poses; breathing & meditation practices; yoga philosophy. The Asana Room, 2440-2 Rosewall Crescent, Courtenay. 12 classes: $132.00. 8-class punch card: $104.00 Drop-in: $14.00 11:00 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. Gentle Yoga A good class if you’re new to yoga, or if you want a meditative practice which is soothing to your nervous system. Some restorative poses included, to deeply relax you and activate your body's own healing powers. The Asana Room, 2440-2 Rosewall Crescent, Courtenay. Prices as above for 9:00 a.m. class.

SATURDAY 8:30 – 9:30 a.m. Hatha Yoga at Kingfisher, 250-338-1323 9:45 – 10:45 a.m. Good Morning Yoga at Kingfisher 3:45 - 4:45 pm - Gentle Yoga at Kingfisher 5:00 - 6:00 pm - Restorative Yoga at Kingfisher Call ahead and register, to ensure your spot – at times Kingfisher classes are full.
