The Asana Room, 2440-2 Rosewall Crescent, Courtenay. 12 classes: $132.00. 8-class punch card: $104.00 Drop-in: $14.00 11:00 a.m. 12:30 p.m. Gentle Yoga A good class if you’re new to yoga, or if you want a meditative practice which is soothing to your nervous system.
