They were specialists in some technologies widely used by the banking sector (70% of their customers) but did not dominate more modern ones (.Net, Mobile, Python, node.js), so they were losing opportunities.
Due in part to the technological problem and the time it took them to manage the current projects, they were not able to apply the expansion policies to other vertical markets.

RE-ENGINEERING OF THE CORE PRODUCT
This company, now a market leader, had a product that it sold by monthly subscription, technologically obsolete, which involved large maintenance and distribution costs, since it had to install the new versions of it physically in each client.It was needing to do a comprehensive reengineering of it to transform it into a modern SAAS product, to consume online, but they did not know what the right path was or how to define an appropriate architecture for it.

We upgrade to your development team
We made a framework contract agreeing to the general conditions, to then only have to concentrate on the technical estimate of each new development, which included the effort in hours, deadlines, quality metrics to be met and the acceptance cases to approve. All development was controlled by online project control tools using Kanban methodology and reinforced with 15 ' dailies.As a result, the client was able to significantly increase its development force to meet the requirement of the product roadmap without increasing its staff.
