(3) 26 rds Cal 105 fell viv 710090 from 2235w2300 from az 83o-850 - no damage - reported from same area
(4) 4 rds cal. 105 fell in same vic from same az. at o6oono damag;e
(5) 4 rds Heavy mortar fell vic 722112 coming from La Force at 0610 ~ Reported by OP at 722112 - no damage
(6) 3 rds cal 105 fell vic 710090 from az of 83°-85° at 0615 Reported from same area - comm wire cut.
(c) Patrol Activity: (l)An ene~ patrol of nine ambushed a group of six engineers
vic 724057 at 1530 w killed l engineer and wounded another. Fox Co. patrol of 12 men from r-loulinet engaged ene~ Patrol at 1615 in same vic. and killed one and captured the other eight - one of these wounded. One of the captured enemey was dressed in civilian clothes - claimed he was a Frenchman who had been forced to accompany the patrol at gun point. Interrogation of PWs not yet accmmplished.
