st o nstruct ons t at ena e to so vethe problem using the selected

solution1. Do not leave half way when communicating as this will insults them andwill never comprehend their position or need. For example would be

when a person is talking to me and If I did not pay attention to them and

suddenly pick up my phone to talk.

    2. Do not give your time to others who wants you to listen during your tight

schedule as this will not give you time to listen and understand what

they are communicating. For example would be when a person is

communicating with me and suddenly I have a call from the office that

says that I have to come urgently for a meeting as I have forgotten that I

have a meeting. This will make the person feel that the talk is not

    important for me.

    Evaluate the solution

By doing this solution we will be able to

communicate well with people fluently and

    with clarity

We can not only communicate well but also

when we are talking to managers or CEOs we

will be able to deliver the speech well.

    Conclusions/Recommendation

Therefore in order to increase your

communication skills to talk fluently we have

to get trained as nothing comes in an easy

    way.

I recommend to have public speaking classes

    as part of our subject.
