• 83% young professional use mobile for Digital goods, Physical goods, Finance, Entertainment and Travel services.
• Forecast: Nearly 75% Of Digital Ad Spending To Be Mobile By 2019

Half of Mobile Internet is Via Wi-Fi
• Mobile Internet access traffic offloaded from mobile networks to Wi-Fi represented 45% of total mobile Internet traffic in 2013, and will grow to 52% of total mobile Internet access traffic by 2018, according to Cisco’s Visual Networking Index.
• VoWi-Fi will surpass voice over LTE (VoLTE) by 2018 in terms of minutes of use. By 2019, VoWi-Fi will have 53% of mobile IP voice, up from less than 10% in 2014.

Some have speculated that Wi-Fi offload will be less relevant after 4G networks are in place because of the faster speeds and more abundant bandwidth. However, 4G networks will attract high-usage devices such as advanced smartphones and tablets, and it appears that 4G plans will be subject to data caps similar to 3G plans. For these reasons, Wi-Fi offload is higher on 4G networks than on lower-speed networks, now and in the future according to our projections. The amount of traffic offloaded from 4G was 44 percent at the end of 2014, and it will be 57 percent by 2019 (Figure 19).

② Authentication is not user friendly, most of networks require login by username and password or SMS active code every time when moving into the hot-spot, or even after the connection is broken and re-connected.
③ Lack of revenue creation model, revenue is not enough for the return of investment and maintenance cost. In turn, it has no driving to solve the connection and authentication issues.
