• Fueled more by intrinsic desires than extrinsic ones.
• Concerned less with the external rewards and more with the inherent satisfaction of an activity.
Type X
• Fueled more by extrinsic desires than intrinsic ones.
• Main motivator is external rewards.

• 20% Time w/Training Wheels – Try 10% noncommissioned work for 3-6 months
