STEP 3: We categorized all aquatic scenarios as much as possible considering age most
affected, type of water, water activity and similar messages suggested.
12 different scenarios were selected.
STEP 4: We list all aquatic scenarios in different folders and experts attributes a point of
importance 1 to 5 for each message suggested.
STEP 5: We selected for each scenario the top 5 to 10 messages pending on score over 4
and leave the other messages as medium/light impact messages.
Using a similar Delphi process of the INTERNATIONAL OPEN WATER DROWNING PREVENTION GUIDELINE co-chaired by: L Quan USA), K
