CONCLUSION
• The fellowship project contributed to enhancement of the
M&E functions that will ensure adherence and compliance
to performance tracking, improved utilization of evidence-
based information for planning & program management
• Implementing the fellowship project greatly equipped the
fellows with practical M&E competencies
