Recently Data Center 3 has experienced unplanned

power outages with service being delivered by

CenterPoint Energy. On Friday, August 24th

additional power supplies were added in both of the

Cisco Catalyst 6807 core routers in DataCenter 3

by Michael Raspet. This will ensure full services

during future disruptive power events.

On Monday August 20th, David Deitsch,

Anna Senties, and Ray Leung of the CIFSD

ECN team met with CFISD Project Managers

Miguel Tamez and Tony Castillo, along with

representatives from TAG Electric.

There had been some discrepancies related to

the placement of Access Points and the

existence of two maps. Together the team

devised a plan to be able to give Moore

Elementary proper wireless coverage before

school starts on August 27th.

Campbell MS, Matzke ES, Emmott ES, Bang ES, and Gleason ES. During the testing, only 1 ph# 3462777297

associated with Emmott ES had an error passing the correct caller id and physical address. The number was

removed and will be reconfigured correctly prior to returning it to the 911 Emergency dial string
