SITE:

The location of the site is in Carlow Ireland. Siteorientationis set out at due South, and perfectly achieving maximumsun orientation. The building is to be located on a site shared with a number of existingHSE facilities in Carlow town, including St Dympna’shospital.The intention is to centralise primary care facilities forCarlow town and its environs, while complementing thein-patient and hospital facilities provided by St. Luke’s in Kilkenny.
