* To deepen the understanding of what AIESEC delivers, you can allocate people to a core AND a support area.
TMP & TLP
*Having a manager in your LC for this can help to really track the performance.
Career planning
* Make space in the TD area for career planning, so that you offer members a perspective.
Learning Development
* By merging MD and TrD, now one team designs the trainings and also contacts the trainers, which is more efficient.
Community Manager
* Since we‘re delivering a product, developing a community is essential.

* By focusing on ALL our stakeholders, we can manage to give a clearer message about our exchange products.
