In preparation for the 2011 OPR, we will use the new and improved OPR NA website to conduct the OPR process. This manual will assist you with using this website and completing and/or updating your profile.
All employees are required to complete their profile. It is your responsibility to update your profile. Your profile acts as a key tool to allow for your input in the OPR process.
Using the website, you will be able to update your information, such as:
• Manager• Position achievements & information about your progress while working at AB InBev• Education• Internal Training, Key Positions• Professional Experience• Mobility• Career Aspirations • Strengths & Developmental Opportunities

Your ID always begins with 2 letters which are related to your Zone:
APAC – AP + ID number
NA/Canada – NA + ID number
NA/USA – NS + ID number
CEE/Russia – RU + ID number
CEE/Ukraine – UA + ID number
WE – WE + ID number
LAS – LS + ID number
GHQ – HQ + ID number

Login: Your Login is NA70 and your employee ID (NA70XXXXX)

Action: Update personal information such as, position, location, education, mobility, etc.

Access: Personal & Organizational Information
Action: Check your information – name, date of hire, current location & position. To include/change your picture, click on the “browse” button, attach the picture and click “ok” (nothe picture can be 500kb max).
Detail: If any of the information is incorrect, please send an email to the contact centre with the correct information

Action: Fill in the blanks with your education (program and institution), Languages spoken, and internal training
information

Action: Update information about key positions, mobility, strengths, career interests, achievements, etc. Review and confirm the performance rating information.
Detail: Your professional experience may be your last 5 positions in the company.

Action: Select your moblity level from the drop down menu. You should read the relocation policy located on the PUB before selecting your mobility
