Lessons Learnt• To attract more visitors, exhibitors need to design the booth in an interesting way by adding innovative
solutions using engaging and rotating appliances and more equipment showcasing technology – engaging
the visitors
• Participants need to focus on the preparation regarding their presentation, their marketing for the target
market as well as relevant business contacts
• To make the exhibition more effective participants need to explore potential leads in more details,
contact with potential business partners in an early stage, and try to set up productive meetings
