The site is located in a prominent position adjacent to the well-established Blenheim Industrial Estate and within just circa 2.2 miles of Junction 26 of the M1 Motorway which is accessed via the A6002/A610. Dear Sir/Madam Re: Land at Camberley Road & Hoewood Road, Bulwell, Nottingham, NG6 8JY Following strong interest in the above site, we are now instructed to invite interested parties to submit Best and Final offers on the following basis in order to bring the sale of the site to a fair and swift conclusion:
1. Best and final offers are to be in writing and are to be received at Innes England’s Nottingham office by no later than midday on Friday 17th June 2016. All offers are to be addressed to Craig Straw and marked “Private and Confidential”.
2. All offers must be for a specific sum of money (to be clearly stated in words
and figures) and must not have reference to any other bid (ie 1% or £1 more than the highest offer).
3. Confirmation is required that the 2% buyer’s premium will be paid by the purchaser in addition to the amount stated above.
4. Please note that VAT will not be payable on the purchase price.
5. The identity of the purchaser should be confirmed.
