Marscapone frosting, masked with toasted almond slices and garnished with shaved chocolate. The

Classic Carrot CakeQuite possibly the best carrot cake you’ll ever taste! Three thick layers of cake loaded with grated carrot,

shredded coconut, crushed pineapple, and toasted chopped pecans. Topped with a fluffy cream cheese frosting with just the right amount of sweetness, and masked with toasted pecans. 9” round serves 8-12.

Tender White* Layers with Swiss Buttercream & Chocolate Ganache.

Two thick layers of moist white cake (*chocolate layers also available) filled with rich dark chocolate

ganache. Frosted with Swiss buttercream and glazed with more chocolate ganache, garnished with butter-cream and shaved chocolate. 9” round serves 8-12.
