Thought leadership

Taking Advantage of the ISO 20022 Format - The board of any financial institution is concerned about two things according to Blythe Masters of Digital Asset Holdings
- Return on Equity - Cyber Security
- The end consumer must feel the simplicity of the interaction and not the complexity of the back-end legacy systems and formats according to Fundtech (now D&H)
- Consumers must be treated with consumer grade service because bank grade service is unacceptable. Service is now Millennial driven – Mary Ann Francis of Wipro
- Etihad Airlines, “Business to Business payments are still painful. Don’t be afraid to switch bankers at the corporate level.”. Net is that any historical loyalty is gone.

Unlimited Customer Engagement with Content Manager OnDemand
Smarter Content Now Scalability and Efficiency
Happier Customers Most customers demand on-line access to their statements and invoices. Most customers would rather not receive mail and would agree to a paperless option
Marketing Potential Most CM OnDemand customers will say that the single most common reason that customers come to their web portal is to view statements, bills or invoices. The web portal is also one of the most important tools to deliver messages and cross-sell to customers.
Reduced Costs If most of your customers do not want to receive mail, why are you spending $3-$6 USD to make some of your customers mad? Stop it and save money.
Watch this video on superior customer service(you will not regret spending 3 minutes on this!)http://ibmecmblog.com/2015/03/03/customer-self-service-with-content-manager-ondemand/

CM OnDemand Archive Enhanced Retention Management
§ Holds - No limit to number of documents in a hold - A document can be in multiple holds
§ New tables and columns directly in the OD database such that OD can optimize and efficiently manage holds
§ OD still has just time-based expiration, holds just provide a way to suspend the expiration
§ Once time for expiration of data occurs, OD will determine if any existing documents in a load are locked down, if so they will be extracted, re-stored, re-held, and then the original report/load will be expired. arsadmin unload and arsmaint can define at what percentage of the load must be held before ‘re-loading’ occurs.
§ Applying/Releasing holds can be done thru the Admin and User interfaces
