ABOUT IFCI SOCIAL FOUNDATION
IFCI Social Foundation was set up in 2014 as a Registered Charitable Trust
It is the CSR arm of IFCI Limited, a notified PFI & Government of India Undertaking, in development of nation since 1948
ISF is managed under supervision and guidance of Board of Trustees with rich and vast experience in CSR and financial sector space
The team at ISF comprises a pool of experienced professionals drawn from IFCI
ISF is registered u/s 12 A and 80 G of Income Tax Act 1961
Drawing from the parent, ISF has a strong governance structure and transparent processes
ISF is now well poised to emerge as premier CSR institution of India

The CSR activities for the IFCI Group shall be undertaken by the IFCI Social
Foundation

creation of physical assets/infrastructure ensuring better
monitoring
