Campus Improvement Goal: Increase the area totals on STaR Chart from 14 to 20 to improve our campus classification from Developing Tech to Advanced Tech in the Teaching and Learning area.

Conduct monthly meetings with SBDM committee to discuss STaR data and how to fully implement technology into the CIP and our classrooms to promote academic achievement.
During the monthly meetings Administrators and the SBDM committee will brainstorm ways using instructional technology leaders to develop strategies that will integrate technology into the classroom. Then incorporate those strategies into the CIP for teacher reference.

Implement monthly staff developments that focus on developing each component of the Teaching and Learning areas on the STaR chart.
During a campus staff meeting Administrators will share STaR Chart data for Teaching And Learning on powerpoint. Teachers in teams of high /low tech levels will then create a graph using the mobile lab to show our trends over the last 3 years in each focus area.
