I joined the Kerry Foods Graduate Programme in 2013 as a Technical Graduate and I was a valued member of the team from the outset, having meetings with external auditors within a month of joining. Kerry Foods is proud to live its values and ‘Open Minded’ would be the one that resonates most for me - the business certainly focuses on this. Early in 2016 I applied for a role within Internal Communications and the business was open-minded and gave me the opportunity to move into this new, and completely different, area.
