GENERAL
DEPARTURE
1. NOISE ABATEMENT PROCEDURE Runway 25: Departure only for stage III or
quieter aircraft.
2. DE-ICING2.1 De-icing with engines running is allowed.
2.2 De-icing on a fi rst come fi rst served basis.
2.3 Gate holds are available without loss of queue position.
2.4 Leap frogging between queue positions is allowed between company aircraft with no impact to other carriers.

2.5 ACFT will be staged at the DE-ICE HOLD signs east of TWY H or TWY J.
2.6 ACFT may be staged mid-ramp to allow taxiing for non-de-icers.
2.7 ASDE-X surveillance in use. Operate transponder with Mode C at all times.
2.8 Contact Ramp CTL to push for de-icing.
2.9 Ramp CTL will direct to De-ice hold location.
2.10 When directed by Ramp CTL contact de-ice controller (usually when fi rst in queue).
2.11 Under completion of de-icing the de-ice controller will instruct you to contact GND CTL for taxi.
2.12 Upon completion of de-ice and receipt of post de-ice report be ready to taxi within 2 minutes.
2.13 B757 with winglets must use wide body de-ice spot.
