Why I chose Wesleyan: Wes has both the advantages of a small liberal arts school, having a warm and loving community, and a university, with immense opportunities. With its commitment to social action, I knew Wes would challenge me to grow and expand my perspective on all aspects of life. I couldn’t be happier to be apart of such a joyful and passionate place!
Academic Interests: -Double major in Neuroscience and Economics-Peer Tutor for Introduction to Economics and Elementary Statistics-Feminist, Gender, and Sexuality Studies
Favorite class at Wes: My favorite class so far at Wesleyan has been Experimental and Behavior Economics, taught by Professor Jeffrey Naecker. I never thought it would be possible to combine my interests in Neuro and Psychology with Econ, and ever since that class my extremely different passions have found a way to intersect.
Current Classes: -Organic Chemistry II-Sensation and Perception-Macroeconomic Analysis-Psychology of Conflict Resolution
Why I want to be a tour guide: I love sharing my passion for Wes, and all that makes it the best second home I could ever imagine. Tour guides always made a huge impact on my perspective of schools, and I want to show why Wesleyan is such an exceptional and tight-knit community.
