Performing in front of a full audience at the end of the semester with my Introduction to Dance class Favorite TV shows: -New Girl -Grey’s Anatomy -Stranger Things Favorite songs: -Drops of Jupiter by Train -Sunday Candy by Donnie Trumpet -i by Kendrick Lamar Why I chose Wesleyan: Wes has both the advantages of a small liberal arts school, having a warm and loving community, and a university, with immense opportunities. With its commitment to social action, I knew Wes would challenge me to grow and expand my perspective on all aspects of life. I couldn’t be happier to be apart of such a joyful and passionate place! Academic Interests: -Double major in Neuroscience and Economics -Peer Tutor for Introduction to Economics and Elementary Statistics -Feminist, Gender, and Sexuality Studies Favorite class at Wes: My favorite class so far at Wesleyan has been Experimental and Behavior Economics, taught by Professor Jeffrey Naecker. I never thought it would be possible to combine my interests in Neuro and Psychology with Econ, and ever since that class my extremely different passions have found a way to intersect. Current Classes: -Organic Chemistry II -Sensation and Perception -Macroeconomic Analysis -Psychology of Conflict Resolution Why I want to be a tour guide: I love sharing my passion for Wes, and all that makes it the best second home I could ever imagine. Tour guides always made a huge impact on my perspective of schools, and I want to show why Wesleyan is such an exceptional and tight-knit community.
