1- Make a “chart” with 2 columns in Monday’s warm-up box.
2- Draw 10 images side-by-side in the 2 columns to show contrast.
3- Contrast can be dark and light values, geometric and organic shapes, warm and cool colors, and textural contrast.

Draw an abstract “still-life” (like a collage) using some of the contrasts you illustrated in Monday’s warm-up.
Include geometric and organic shapes, warm and cool colors, and light and dark values.

1-With pencil, draw a checkerboard pattern in your warm-up box (look at “Contrast” poster for example).
2-Draw organic shapes on top of the checkerboard and color them.
