DISTRIBUTION MODEL: free in his basic model and a reasonable price in his pro model
FEATURES: real time information of all the flights in the world
WHY DID I CHOSE IT: it really adds a huge value since before this application it was very difficult to get this infoClick!

Niche: car drivers
Improvement: equal performance that a non mobile gps
Interaction: total
DISTRIBUTION MODEL: it costs money but much less that compared to a non mobile gps
FEATURES: the same as a conventional gps but linked with your mobile content (contacs…)
WHY DID I CHOSE IT: it is the first time that the gps goes with the user and not the user who has to go in his/her car to use the gps
