NATHAN MOUNTAIN
To Nathan Mountain, real estate was a beloved hobby before he decided to make it his pro-fession. For years, he owned restaurants and crossed paths with agents and other industry players, many of whom encouraged him to try his hand at the business. On the hunt for his next challenge, Nathan dove in and earned his Pennsylvania real estate license. Now, fifteen
years later, he has established a reputation as an agent and broker known for his commit-ment, expert knowledge, and a personal touch.
Today, Nathan serves as Broker and Owner of Mountain Realty LLC, based in Lancaster and serving Central Pennsylvania, in addi-tion to attaining his Reciprocal Broker license

To date, almost the entirety of his business is driven by repeat and referral clientele who turn to Nathan for his seasoned counsel, incisive eye and transparent

When listing properties, Nathan begins by drawing upon his network of industry pros to appropriately prep and document homes for market. This include staging, professional photography with 360 virtual tours, appear-ances in print publications and exposure across
the leading online listing outlets. Of course, Nathan also applies a patented creative streak, especially when working with historic or less conventional properties that require refined outreach to a specific demographic. He taps his network of colleagues and specialty buy-ers to spread the word and drum up additional interest. From wine and cheese open houses to Broker Open events, Nathan tailors perspec-tives and events to the property at-hand. “It

Outside of the office, Nathan gives back to his community through participating in the Humane

eyes the years ahead and continues to branch out within the business. For now, with fifteen years of experience, lessons and insight, Nathan Mountain considers what he enjoys most about his chosen field. “I really enjoy working with people to make them happy,” he says. “I get a
lot of satisfaction when I am able to connect someone to their first home, or their dream house. At the end of the day, it comes down to the ability of helping others. Mountain Realty LLC does not treat our clients like a number; we treat them like family.”
