A graduate of the Le Cordon Bleu Culinary School, London, he is a leading consultant in the world of Food Media having worked on several prestigious projects including MasterChef India Seasons 1 and 2, and directed Vikas@Home, for Yahoo Lifestyle featuring Michelin-starred Chef Vikas Khanna.

Author of The East Indian Kitchen which won the Gourmand Award 2011-12 in the Best Indian Cookbook (Technical) category, Michael regularly contributes articles on food and travel to several leading magazines and websites.

A wine enthusiast, Michael has recently concluded a successful 7-city tour conducting workshops on Wine in Food in association with Nine Hills.
