T A B L E P L A Y2 0 M I N U T E S Different activities are set out with an invitation for students to self-select which they wish to play with and explore upon arrival. 

Our full-day Kindergarten Readiness preschool program inspires 4-5 year olds to wonder, discover, create, andexcel. This class is reserved for students who are ready for a full-day experience. We support emerging skillsand stimulate the growth of the whole child by balancing playful and hands-on-learning with individual, smalland large group instruction. This schedule includes both student-centered and teacher-directed learningactivities and lessons. The length of time listed is an estimate and may be adjusted at the teacher's discretionto accommodate student needs or special events. Educational field trips are also offered as an importantlearning opportunity.

5 0 M I N U T E S S P E C I A L SStudents attend gym class every day. After, they enjoy music class orlibrary time (on alternating days).

1 5 M I N U T E S M O R N I N G S N A C KStudents gather to eat a snack that one of their friends brought in foreveryone to share.

6 0 M I N U T E S R E C E S S & L U N C HStudents participate in outside recess if the weather cooperates andthen can choose between a hot or cold lunch in the cafeteria. Theycan bring their lunch if they wish.

3 0 M I N U T E S R E S T / Q U I E T T I M E Students rest quietly on cots supplied by the school, followed byquiet time play activities.

4 0 M I N U T E S L E A R N I N G S T A T I O N SStudents gather in three rotating small groups (teacher led, assistantguided, and independent) to explore hands-on learning activities thatfocus on and develop skills in language, mathematics, and fine motorskills.

Students self-select which areas of the classroom they wish toexplore; dramatic play opportunities are available.
