RECOMMENDED APPLICATION PROCEDUREApplication Method: Application of this product may be made directly froma 55 gallon drum (marketing size) by fitting the drum with a “T”connection and pumping water across the junction, which will pullthe dispersant from the drum into the water stream and onto the oilspill.Concentration/Application Rate: For heavy concentrations of crude or Bunker C oil, apply theproduct undiluted. Where lighter fractions of petroleum are involved, theproduct can be diluted up to one part dispersant to 30 parts water.NOKOMIS 3-F4 is on the U. S Environmental Protection Agency’s NCP ProductSchedule. This listing does not mean the EPA approves. recommends, licenses,certifies, or authorizes the use of Nokomis 3-F4 on an oil discharge.
