Concentration/Application Rate: For heavy concentrations of crude or Bunker C oil, apply the product undiluted. Where lighter fractions of petroleum are involved, the product can be diluted up to one part dispersant to 30 parts water. NOKOMIS 3-F4 is on the U. S Environmental Protection Agency’s NCP Product Schedule. This listing does not mean the EPA approves. recommends, licenses, certifies, or authorizes the use of Nokomis 3-F4 on an oil discharge.
