Intended Use: NS9 swirl diffusers are designed for low and medium pressure ventilation systems.

NS9SWIRL DIFFUSERS WITH MOVABLE BLADES
Intended UseMovable blades allow forming the supply air flow freely and obtaining swirl air supply. They are particularly recommended for 2.6 to 4 m high rooms, when the difference in temperature between the supply air and the air in the room is up to 10 K. They come with a round or square front panel.
DesignNS9 diffusers are equipped with blades made of plastic that generate swirling air flow. They are movable and positioned individually. Normally the blades are black. The front panel of the diffuser can be round or square. It is made of powder-coated steel, painted with RAL9010 white paint. Other RAL colour painting and a stainless steel version are available to special order. The diffusers can be made in supply version “Z” (with blades made of plastic) or as exhaust variant “A” (without blades made of plastic).
InstallationDepending of the version of the front panel, the diffusers can by installed in the following way:
• square panel, blades in circular arrangement: KR1 instal-lation with a single bolt led through the opening in central section of the diffuser ( installation method for 310 – 625 sizes)
• square panel, vanes in circular arrangement: KR4 instal-lation with four screws led through the openings in the dif-fuser corners (for the “800” size, installation requires eight screws)
• round panel, RR1 installation with a single bolt led through the opening in the central section of the diffuser
• square panel, blades in square arrangement: KK1 installa-tion with a single bolt led through the opening in the central section of the diffuser ( installation method for 310 – 625 sizes)
• square panel, blades in square arrangement: KK4 installation with four screws led through the openings in the diffuser corners (for the “800” size, installation requires eight screws)
For the diffusers with a square front panel, 600, 625, 800 size , we recommend KK4 and KR4 installation.
Adjustment and blades settings versionsNS9 diffuser blades can be adjust to the left, right or straight position. Intermediate positions are also possible.
